Trausteknik began in 2016 after our founder, Henry Poyntz, saw an opportunity to build a business based upon three key strengths: effective communication and collaboration, business process improvement, and strategic use of leading cloud technologies.
Trausteknik is the combination of the Icelandic word "Traust" meaning "Trust", and Swedish word "Teknik" meaning "Engineering".
Our rapid growth has been fuelled largely by word of mouth from our passionate customers who have seen the difference we have made in their businesses.
Trausteknik’s Head Office is based in Sydney, Australia. Our technical support team specialises in Salesforce CRM Support, Salesforce Integrations, Web Development, and Pardot Marketing Services.
Our team of “Geeks who Speak Business” are all dedicated to helping our clients grow their competitive advantage through clever use of technology.
This means you get to see the solution as it takes shape and make incremental changes as required. We believe that being fully transparent and involving you early leads to faster delivery, improved communications and better overall outcomes.
Our professional experience stands at the core of what we do. We bring strong commercial acumen and in-depth technical knowledge along with us to every engagement.
We will come into your business and learn what makes it unique. We will work to understand any underlying problems and help you hone your competitive advantage.
After an in-depth audit of your current processes and company goals, we will convert our findings into technical designs, digital marketing solutions and the implementations needed for you to see success.

We don’t claim to know more than we do or to be able to take on everything. This means being upfront with you at all times around our capabilities and knowledge. We prefer working with organisations that are open to new ideas and willing to innovate.
When we first meet you we will talk openly about your needs, look for competitive opportunities and understand current pain points. If there is something we can do to help this is usually uncovered quickly, otherwise we will try to help you find alternate ways forward, even if this isn’t in a direct partnership with us. And don’t worry, the first two hours in an initial contact are always free!
