Bespoke Training Services needed to pivot to virtual AWS Discovery Day sessions in order to continue to grow their customer base during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bespoke needed a way to ensure that registrants were added to marketing journeys and sent vital event information at the right time.
Our team worked to integrate Zoom Webinars with Pardot so that registrants were tracked and added to email journeys automatically. Ahead of the Discovery Day, each participant was sent important event information which helped to ensure attendance. Post event communications were tailored to ensure that the messaging was appropriate based on whether or not the registrant actually attended the event.
Thanks to our Pardot Gurus, Bespoke Training Services can also now track all Zoom Webinar event registration, attendances and non-attendances within both Salesforce and Pardot. This information is synced to the Salesforce Platform in real time from Zoom.

Each email sent is carefully planned to deliver that personalised feel and maximise engagement.
