It was important that the Franchise Web Portal we built for Craveable Brands was streamlined, dynamic and engaging in order to keep candidates excited about the brands.
The applicant portal we developed as a part of this project ensured that the candidate is kept informed throughout their application through email updates, self service web pages and performance related feedback where required.
We worked closely with Craveable Brand’s marketing team to ensure that brand identity was showcased each step along the way.
We provided Craveable Brands with customized Salesforce® reporting and dashboards which helped them gain clearer, real-time insight into their Franchise lead pipeline and plan future marketing activity.
We made sure that legal and compliance related requirements were met by using Docusign to capture electronic signatures on franchise paperwork.
